All our fulfillment estimates are back to normal with an average of 2–5 business days for non-apparel products and 2–7 business days for apparel products.

Right now, our main focus is preparing for the upcoming holiday season and keeping our fulfillment times consistent. Here's what we're doing:

  • Hiring and training several hundred new Fulfillment and Customer Support employees. Even though Covid-19 has made hiring more difficult, new employees join us every week and we train them with all safety measures in place.
  • Introducing new fulfillment departments in our Mexico facility
  • Launching a facility in Canada. We're already testing the first embroidery and wall art orders in our brand-new Canada location, and we plan to add some DTG products there by the end of year.
  • Buying additional equipment. This year, we've invested $19 million in new tech to make sure we're at full capacity for peak season.
  • Focusing on our existing product base. You can expect some out-of-stock situations due to industry-wide disruptions, but we're stocking up on our most popular products and keeping in close touch with suppliers to monitor product levels.
  • Working with backup facilities. We're partnering with several fulfillment centers in the US and Europe to help us manage order volumes and ship out your orders.
  • Forecasting order volume. Our analysts are following the trends and taking into account our experience from the previous holiday seasons and the Covid-19 order influx to make sure we calculate our fulfillment estimates as precisely as possible.
  • Announcing holiday order deadlines. We've published the suggested dates by which customers should place their orders for the best possibility to receive them in time for the holidays. Keep checking in regularly—the deadlines might change depending on our fulfillment estimates and carriers.
  • We've learned a lot while dealing with the Covid-19 disruptions. So we're preparing some cautionary measures to manage our order volume if we see that our fulfillment estimates are going over the average 2–5 business days for non-apparel products and 2–7 business days for DTG, embroidery, and AOP products.
